Purpose
These conditions govern the use of the MONEA Hotels & Resorts website and enquiries about stays at its hotels. By using the site, you accept these conditions.
Booking process
This website does not take bookings: it presents the hotels in the group and takes you to each hotel's own website, which is where the booking is completed and where you will receive your confirmation by email. The booking is subject to availability and to the conditions of the chosen rate (cancellation, prepayment, board basis), which may vary depending on the hotel and the destination.
Prices and payment
This site does not publish prices or rates. The price of each stay is shown for specific dates during the relevant hotel's booking process, includes the taxes applicable in its destination unless stated otherwise there, and payment is made according to the terms of the selected rate.
Cancellations and modifications
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate booked and on the hotel, and are set out before the booking is confirmed. We recommend that you review them carefully.
Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to provide accurate information, to comply with the rules of each hotel (timetables, no smoking in rooms, rules of conduct) and to pay for any services used that are not included in their board basis.
Modification of services
MONEA Hotels & Resorts and its hotels reserve the right to modify services and facilities for operational or seasonal reasons, giving notice where possible.
Liability
Each hotel is responsible for the proper provision of the contracted services in accordance with the tourism regulations applicable in its destination. There is no liability for items not deposited in the safe, nor for services provided by third parties.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law in relation to the website and its owner. The conditions of each stay are also governed by the tourism regulations of the destination where the hotel is located.
Accessibility
This site is built with the objective of meeting level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2: sufficient contrast, alternative text on images that carry content, full keyboard navigation, a coherent heading structure and no content that relies on colour or motion alone.
We do not claim certified conformance: no external audit has been carried out, and parts of the site —photography, video and documents— are reviewed as they come in. Saying so plainly is more use than a badge.
If you run into a barrier, write to legal@monea.com telling us the page and what it stopped you from doing. We will reply, and where the fix is not immediate we will tell you what the alternative is in the meantime.
