Said plainly, because these are what make a place fit — or not.
Three countries, three realities
Zanzibar, Vietnam and Lanzarote. This is not one company with three identical offices: the working language changes, the high season changes and even what a shift means changes. You choose a place, not a brand.
Local people, first
A commitment to the people of the place is one of the conditions of entry to the group, exactly like the materials and the kitchen. It is not a communications policy: it is who gets called when someone is needed.
A kitchen with its own name
Every hotel has its own menu and its own signed kitchen, with no chain-wide card. For anyone coming from hospitality that changes the job quite a lot, and it is better known beforehand than at the second interview.
There are no published vacancies today
Not one, and that is why there is no empty list padding the page. When a hotel opens a process, it will appear here with the hotel, the role and the date.
In the meantime a speculative application can be left, and it does arrive: the form below comes in through the same channel as every other enquiry on this site.
