What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to remember information about your visit (language, preferences, session), make navigation easier and, if you authorise them, allow us to measure use of the site or personalise advertising.

Necessary — your decision, and where it lives
Session, security and the storage of your own answer to the cookie notice. That answer sits in your browser's local storage, is never sent to our server and travels with no request: it holds the date, the version of this policy and one yes or no per category. It stays until you clear your browser data or until this policy changes version, and it cannot be switched off — without it we would have to ask you again on every single page. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 22.2 LSSI).
Analytics — off until you turn them on
If you accept analytics, we load a measurement tag through a tag manager, with anonymised IP addresses, to find out which pages work and which do not. It installs its own first-party cookies, lasting up to fourteen months. They carry no name, no email and nothing you type into a form, and they do not load unless you accept this category. Legal basis: consent.
Marketing — only if you turn it on
This category covers advertising tags: measuring campaigns and showing you ads related to what you looked at, with cookies lasting up to thirteen months. None of them load before you accept this category, and whatever is in place at any given time is listed in the last point on this page. Legal basis: consent.
Functional — the map
This is the category for pieces that request data from an external provider as they draw — a map, for instance: your IP address would reach their servers as it appears. That is why they obey your answer: without your permission they do not load, and an alternative is offered, such as opening the location in your own maps app. Today no page on this site draws maps or third-party pieces; the category exists so that, if one day there are any, they already have a switch. Legal basis: consent.
What we do not do
Nothing described here identifies you by name, and none of it is sold or handed to anyone to build a profile of you. There are no social network buttons and no embedded video from third-party platforms, and the typefaces and scripts are served from this same domain: that is why the list of third parties above is so short.
How to manage your consent
The first time you visit, you will see a notice with three options at the same level: accept (you activate every category), reject (only necessary cookies are activated) and configure (you choose category by category). Declining sits one click away from accepting, on purpose and at the same size. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing.
International transfers
Certain providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission apply and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How to block or delete cookies
In addition to the notice, you can manage and delete cookies from your browser settings — Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all explain how on their own help pages. Clearing your browser data also removes your stored answer, and the notice simply asks again on your next visit.
If any of this changes
This policy carries a version number, and the answer you gave carries the same one. If we add anything that stores or sends data, the version goes up, your stored answer stops counting and the notice asks again from scratch — silently reusing an old consent for something new is exactly what this mechanism exists to prevent. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es, if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.
What is in place today, and when it was checked
The inventory above is not an estimate: it is checked with a real browser on the published site, without answering, after declining and after accepting everything. Last checked: 28 August 2026, with this result — zero cookies in all three states and zero third-party services: every request the site makes, fonts, images and video included, comes from this same domain. The only thing stored is your own answer to this notice, in your browser's local storage.
