1. Purpose

These conditions govern the use of the MONEA Hotels & Resorts website and booking enquiries at its hotels. By using the site, you accept these conditions.

2. Booking process

Bookings are completed through the booking engine of each hotel in the chain. You will receive a confirmation by email. The booking is subject to availability and to the conditions of the chosen rate (cancellation, prepayment, board basis), which may vary depending on the hotel and the destination.

3. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the site are indicative, "from" prices, and include the taxes applicable in each destination unless otherwise stated. The final price is confirmed for specific dates during each hotel's booking process. Payment is made according to the terms of the selected rate.

4. Cancellations and modifications

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate booked and the hotel, and are set out in the booking engine before confirmation. We recommend that you review them carefully.

5. Guest obligations

The guest undertakes to provide accurate information, to comply with the rules of each hotel (timetables, no smoking in rooms, rules of conduct) and to pay for any services used that are not included in their board basis.

6. Modification of services

MONEA Hotels & Resorts and its hotels reserve the right to modify services and facilities for operational or seasonal reasons, giving notice where possible.

7. Liability

Each hotel is responsible for the proper provision of the contracted services in accordance with the tourism regulations applicable in its destination. It is not liable for items not deposited in the safe, nor for services provided by third parties.

8. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law in relation to the website and its owner. The conditions of each stay are also governed by the tourism regulations of the destination where the hotel is located.
