The Duplex Villa is the Belhamy's operational workhorse: ten identical duplex villas (401–410), 140 m² over two floors. A 160×200 sofa bed on the ground floor and 120×200 twin beds upstairs, with a bathroom that has both a shower and a bathtub. Garden view and access to the shared central pool. It's the most standardised room type on the property — generous space without stepping into the premium inventory, at the resort's most accessible rate.

The ten Duplex Villas are identical to one another — same layout, same materials, same duplex. That's deliberate: it makes operations, team training, maintenance and consistent listings easier. For the guest it means one thing: you know exactly what you're booking. Garden view, two floors, bathroom with shower and bathtub, access to the resort's central pool.
The Belhamy team switches on an underwater lighting system at sunset. When the whole resort turns off its lights, the duplex villa keeps glowing from below for a couple of hours more.

At the top of the teak staircase you'll find a full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a separate rain shower and a window facing the sea. Anyone who wants to bathe looking out at the horizon has their best option at the resort right here.
Double white-ceramic basin, black lacquered-frame mirrors, a microcement floor that stays cool even at midday. The toiletries are from the same workshop as the main villa — Tô Châu, in Hội An's old town.
